A beach: as far as the eye can see
At the edge of the national forest of Grand Village Plage, facing the Atlantic ocean and its vivid waves, you will enjoy a vast beach of fine sand (10 km long), on the edge of the dunes.
A place of rest and leisure, you can choose between relaxing on the beach, swim in the waves, beach games, body boarding, surfboarding, sand yacht...
You can also choose to pick shellfishes and practice fishing (surfcasting).
You can access the beach by either walking or cycling through the forest footpaths or bicycle paths.
The road access has an ample parking. A little train is running during the tourist season between the village centre to the beach.
Local services include : lifeguard station, restaurants and fast-food, bars, public showers, public toilets, bicycle parking and disabled parking facilities.
